Highland Park Medical Center is highly recommended for everyone.nThe centere is always very clean.nThe doctors were awesome . Dr. David Huang is very thoroughly examining every patient whiis great. Thank you. Nurses were great . Receptionists were friendly. Very nice Centre
Came for my babies 6week checkup, arrived 10.20am appt was 10.15am 5 minutes late, only to be told no my appt wasn't at 10.15 it was actually at 10am, showed the lady my 10.15am confirmation text from them, and she didn't say much but oh well it was at 10am on our system and that the doctor can no longer see my baby. I drive from beachlands to them as my family have been coming since i was 5 i am 33 utterly unacceptable that they couldnt fit my baby in or even apologise to me for the incorrect timing, clearly on their end. The lady next to me was not impressed with them and said her appt is currently running 10mins late anyway, they are never on time. Needless to say i have had enough and moving my family to another practice, save the dissatisfaction and go to another doctors!
Had to have three injections in the past couple months, and as someone who isn’t great with needles, I couldn’t recommend Highland Park Medical more. I had a lovely nurse called charlotte who was so incredibly gentle and kind, and talked me through the entire process. I had a great experience as great as vaccinations can be and would definitely go back for any other vaccines I need.
As a mum of two daughters, I recently enrolled them at Highland Park Medical Centre and have been very pleased with the experience. I would highly recommend this place to other families.nnThe receptionists are welcoming and accommodating, and the doctors have been kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The online enrolment process was straightforward and easy to navigate. I truly appreciate Desley from the enrolment team, who responded promptly to my emails and made the process smooth and stress-free.
I'm with Highland Park Medical Centre for years. Very high qualified staff. Recommend.
