Great haircut and colour as usual
My partner came in for a hair treatment, blow dry and straighten and she had the absolute worst experience she has had at a hairdresser. The lady doing her hair didn’t have a clue what hair treatment she was using and even said that when she was asked what treatment she was using. She burned my partner’s scalp when blowing drying her hair and was extremely rough when combing out her hair. Her hair came out feeling worse than before she came in and after all this she was still made to pay the full $70. When we called up after to talk to the manager about the terrible experience she showed no amount of concern and was extremely rude and disrespectful to talk on the phone making snide remarks about my partners hair; her only solution was to come back in and charge us for another treatment. Would not recommend Highgate for any hair dressing services and we will be telling everyone we can in the community about their extremely unprofessional service and behaviour.
