Had a consult with Dr Leon about working needing done. He took care to do a full mouth check and xrays, explained everything clearly to me and recommended what needs doing in first priority. I was able to rebook appointments around what I could afford at each appointment and how spaced apart. Am overall great experience with Leon, his assistant and the receptionist!
The dentist, Dr.Leon, has no patience, he is rude to say the least. I have never been so insulted by a professional than I was when I went to this dentist! First "Leon" does not listen to the patients' needs, his needs come first. Though I'm a lot older than him, he preceded to be disrespectful, 'whilst lecturing me he said he'd rather not help me because he didn't see a point? I don't understand why a "so called" professional can think it's ok to talk to a "paying-patient" who is experiencing extreme dental pain. I shall NEVER be back. I'd rather pay more to go elsewhere than to be lectured & treated as a problem by this so called professional. Ratings: 0/10!
Best dental clinic among 8+ other clinics I have been to. Top quality treatment at unbeatable price. Dr Leon explains all the X-rays in depth and what's happening during the surgery which keeps you engaged. Discusses treatment options and price, and lets patients choose before any treatment. Respects patients' rights. No hidden cost unlike some other dental clinics that charge whatever after arbitrary treatment.
Went and got part 1 of my root canal done and what a amazing team of people who work there. Very caring and friendly. Highly recommend
The staff are kind and compassionate, and provide a great standard of care to patients- both in the exam room and in the reception office
