Great quality butcher and awesome customer service for turning venison trimmings into biersticks and sausages. We liked the sausage flavour options and the biersticks are a huge hit. Our first time using High Steaks, but we will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazingly delicious sausages, and we’ve used a few  local home home kill businesses!!  Great communication, and very reasonably priced.  We’ll be using them again for sure!
