Applied URGENT PROCESS for my passport renewal. Been waiting more than 2 months. Called to them for help, the only answer I got was "call to Putrajaya Immigration myself". Totally HELPLESS.
Dealt with various people from the Msian High Comm in Wellington through email and phone calls a few times. I feel that although they appear quite serious most of the times, I get the information I needed- so perhaps they might give off a less friendly vibe occasionally but all good with me :
I have had 3 great experiences with the Malaysian High Commission in Wellington. Getting my passport renewed twice and police certs. The staff are very helpful and provided all the relevant information to assist me. Thank you for your help.

Simply awful. Rang regarding a visa application issue. The woman on the phone was utterly disinterested in my query, offered no assistance, kept talking over me and eventually just gave me the Melbourne office phone number when she could have contacted these people herself and put in even a modicum of effort. Hopeless.
