We had a great stay with Wendy and David at the Hidden Lodge with amazing views everywhere you look. The location was close to town and the personalised breakfasts from David were very good. Both were very knowledgeable about the area and always happy to help with itinerary suggestions. Will definitely be back the next time we are in Queenstown.
Wendy and David really went above and beyond for our stay.nThe breakfast was delicious, the room was cosy and modern.nCoco was a very good host.nThey were ready with expert recommendations for our stay in Queenstown. You are far enough away to have peace and quiet whilst close enough to be a short trip into town. Really lovely people and worth a visit if in town! We will be back...
We stayed at the hidden lodge for 4 nights towards the end of our two week trip to NZ and we couldn’t recommend the lodge enough!!nnDavid and Wendy are great hosts and are very knowledgeable and friendly. From the lodge there’s amazing views of the Remarkables and lake. It’s a five minute drive to town centre so easy to get around.nnWill definitely visit again.
Could not recommend enough, we stayed in the Tahi suite and not only was the view incredible the whole stay was amazing. Wendy and Dave were so accomodating and the most lovely people. Dave cooks an incredible breakfast and Wendy goes above and beyond for all guests. I was very sad to leave. We will 100% be returning
This place is perfect. Wendy and David were incredible hosts for our wedding day/start of the honeymoon. David’s breakfasts were amazing, and their knowledge of New Zealand and places to go was second to none. Wendy even printed off possible routes back to Auckland for the rest of our trip with great detail. Would highly recommend and happily stay again
