Great service at this particularly busy and stressfull time of summer. Never have had any issues with water delivery if you plan ahead, always on time if not a day earlier. Also use their 6 wheelers to cart for our civil construction company for last 5 years and have always been reliable. Highly recommended.....
Won't be using this company again. The guy who delivered the water was nice enough, however the woman on the phone who I dealt with was very rude. I understand that it's a very busy time of year in summer and can be stressful, it isn't an excuse to be rude to people. I know what it's like to work in customer service so I always am extra nice to people who work in this industry. I definitely didn't deserve to be spoken to the way I was.
We've had two deliveries from Hibiscus Water Supply, one last year and one emergency delivery recently. They are extremely professional, helpful and empathetic and I highly rate and recomend their service. Priced really well and largest water deliveries. Thank you to the team for your prompt and honest communication and help. You are doing an amazing job, drivers are always helpful and friendly

Pool service, before Christmas, I've just called them whether they could provide the water delivery as soon as possible or not when my house run out of water, while I've been told they could not meet my request, so I've ordered water delivery from another company. While now, I have been billed from this company without service provided. And, they told me a story I've never heard. I will not recommend this company to my friends and will never ever to order the water delivery from them. I can't believe I've been charged that I only asked the information of their service. I wish I can give them zero star if it is possible.
They are always fantastic. I love dealing with Paul and the crew! I know, this has been a very stressful time. But when I call they are friendly and know us by area. Keep it up.
While all the other companies were saying there's a 3 week wait these guys had water delivered in 3 days. It took me a few trys to get through to the office but worth the effort and in response to other comments the lady just sounded busy as hell on the phone, wasn't about the chit chat but thats totally understandable given the time of year and the amount of people they'll be dealing with at the moment, if you want chit chat and whatnot maybe ring the 3 week wait but if you want water, delivered, in a timely manner on the hbc these guys are worth a call, or 4, because sometimes it takes a while to get through
