As a qualified massage therapist, I use my expertise and experience to help individuals be their best selves through a variety of massage techniques, such as Swedish massage, trigger-point therapy, reflexology and myofascial work.
For all of my services, you can expect a highly individualised experience. My promise is to listen and guide you to facilitate gentle and mindful stretching, breathing and relaxing in accordance with your needs and ability. I aim to provide my client with a hollistic recovery from injury, pain relief and an overall sense of physical and mental wellness.
I work in conjunction with a chiropractor (Rebecca Ranford, The Goodness Hub) and aim to provide the client with well-rounded treatment and advice on a variety of different issues.
