A lovely high tea that catered well for gluten-free people. I didn't feel jealous looking around the room at everyone else's. Great value and a beautiful setting with great hosts. The gluten-free scones were so good it seemed like they were regular ones!
We had such a lovely time with family for afternoon tea at Hemsworth Estate. A beautiful homestead, delicious food and warm welcoming hosts. Thank you for showing us around your beautiful home. It was a very special afternoon. I can highly recommend your venue and we will certainly be back in the summer to see your lovely garden.
Went to a Alice an wonderland themed afternoon high tea like the mad hatters tea party. Dress up to theme was encouraged which we did. It was a beautiful day the gardens where lovely and the historic house was just beautiful especially the lounge area. The whole experience fell a bit of a rush job as there was no direction or host to rally everyone. The 3 young girls tried their best but it was a let down, especially since there was soooo much you could gave done with this theme.nSo was ok but was let down by the lack of organization and enthusiasm on the host part. Hosts are not meant to hide in kitchen, they are meant to entertain their guests. Would have been better sat outside on two long tables and be put in 2 groups ro do the games on the lawn so we could play for something. Also was meant to be a treasure hunt and spot prizes but that never happened.
High Tea at Hemsworth Estate is a real treat. Beautiful setting. Delicious food. Something a bit different to try and well worth it.
Lovely setting and friendly ladies, but unfortunately we felt disappointed by the Mother’s Day high tea. It seemed very unorganised and too many people for them to cater to. Our table seemed squished next too our neighbouring table and the room was extremely cold!
