Very good experience. I was looked after very professionally. Had details all i needed. Unfortunately the deal i wanted ended.
Unbelievable. Called in to United Travel St Heliers to book holiday. Told by woman that she was in a meeting so was too busy and wasn't feeling well. Went over road and booked $35,000 of travel and accommodation with very friendly staff at Flight Centre
Sue has helped us book our honeymoon trip and she made the experience such a joy. Very on to it and helpful. Would recommend.
Always great to deal with the ladies at Helloworld Mt Eden. I can thoroughly recommend Jo Drum. Even when things go wrong on the other side if the world as they sometimes do, she does whatever she can to help :-
Initially Jo was extremely helpful but for nearly two months we have been unable to contact her despite phone calls and emails. Our trip is long with many parts to it so maybe Helloworld can only book basic holidays like cruises. We are frustrated and dissapointed in the way our bookings have been managed .
Kind and professional ladies. Jo Drum had arranged my family trip professionally, which was awesome without my sweat!
Have dealt with many travel agencies over the years and I was impressed with the service and options Jason provided for my trip to Los Angeles & Las Vegas. Was thrilled at the Anaheim package and Luxor hotel deal. Marie and I was impressed with your expertise knowledge and the overall package for all 4 of us was awesome. Look forward to our trip in Sept. Thankyou.
