Great service. Ordered a meal delivered, one of the Pizzas had far too much spice, i called the store and they delivered a replacement very quickly. Its not what goes wrong that matters, its what is done about it that counts.
Food is good. Generally busy. Enough errors in orders to be annoying.
Food is always good at Hell Upper Hutt but I usually just order for delivery. Today we went in and the amount of flies was overwhelming.
A little pricey but always tasty and good quality pizzas, great customer service, delivery was 10 minutes late but was compensated for a free delivery next time which easily made up for the small issue.
Have not been there lately
We used to love hells pizzas but what we received today it was just tragic. Worst pizza we have ever seen and tried to eat. It was so bad that we actually drove back and asked for refund.
Service was good . I don't mind paying that price for a good pizza but that was average. Was no better than pizza hut but double the price. The Wedges were average also and there was not enough sauce for them. I use to love hells pizza but the quality isn't as good as i remember.
