The young staff seemed more focused on phone orders than the customers standing right in front of them. No greeting, no eye contact — just a lack of basic customer care.nnThere was little initiative shown, and the front-of-house area looked untidy. Tables weren’t wiped down, and the general cleanliness was below par. It felt like keeping the place presentable wasn’t a priority.nnNot the worst pizza, but the service and environment really need a thorough looking at.
5.30 pm, 31 oct 2025. Poor service, my meal was sitting on the counter with the rest of the orders. 3 different guys asked me, what was my name for my order? I could see my orders sitting on the bench. All the boys huddled in the corner room/kitchen .nNot really sure what they were doing. The counter was unmanned, there were no customers besides me. Food order sitting on the counters at the back. Not sure what they were doing huddled up in that one room/Kitchen. Must have been very important to leave the orders on the bench and not making deliveries. And what is up with not giving napkins when people are ordering meals!!!nI ordered ribs and donuts didn't get any napkins.You know how missy it is to eat ribs?!
The pizza shop had amazing service—friendly staff, quick turnaround, and a warm atmosphere. The order was accurate, fresh, and served with a smile. A great experience from start to finish!
Very user-friendly online ordering website or app. Easy to use and easy payment system. Pizzas were ready at pickup time and pizzas were very tasty.nThe counter service at Mana store was average and could be improved. The store is no longer fully decorated inside and the walls look very bare. It would look so much better if the walls were decorated and the lighting improved. Very dark inside.
Mana Hell Pizza is the best! We often buy from them every Saturday and we are always impressed with how fresh and delicious the food is. We tried the Porirua Hells for the first time the other week due to Mana having a power cut. Absolutely no comparison..In fact we were disappointed as the topping was quite minimal and the pizzas luke warm, we had to reheat. Have never had this issue with Mana. Thanks Hell Mana for always delivering the goods 10/10!:-
