Worst experience to date, our order was cold and we waited over 30minutes. When I asked for an update on my order all staff were unsure and confused to who knew what. So unprofessional and I am absolutely disappointed with thenoverall experience.nOur pizza had minimal toppings, far too much sauce which made the base was soggy in parts and our pizza was stuck to cardboard box on left side.nWhen advise hells kumeu, No one wanted to try to resolve the issues or re do our order.
Power was off at our place so we ordered a Pizza and some sides. Asked for a delivery for 5.45pm. The delivery vehicle arrived at our front door right on time. Fantastic service and great tasting food so we give them 100% full marks and a big thank you.
Grimm pizza is bomb! And then too to top it off the crumbed camembert bites and the hash stuck were out the gate good! Highly recommend the hell's pizza kumue
I have order 3 pizzas yesterday to be honest food was very delicious and the girl delivered was on time.
Workers at Hells pizza were so kind a polite towards me & my parents! We had made an error in our order, Elliot & Jake were super polite to quickly help fix the order. I then had to quickly race home as my 5month old baby was very upset, paid for delivery once it was ready! We received our order within 5-10 mins of the order being ready, the delivery driver was super polite! 10000% will be ordering from Hells Pizza Kumeu again!!!
