Brilliant service! Amazing team! New owner is a brilliant guy who's been with the hells pizza franchise for years. Brilliant leader for the team, couldn't recommend the place more.

1 star is for how quick it was to get the order but the Pizzas were pretty bad. Pineapple on one was sour old! And the other pizza was just stale and gross. Did not seem fresh. Not worth it for the price at all. If you like sour cardboard, definitely try hell pizza richmond.

This was my first experience trying Hells pizza. The pizza was amazing so I would rate 5 stars but I was disappointed to find that the pizza I ordered Mordor had mushrooms when it does not specify that on the menu. I dislike mushrooms and i wouldn’t have ordered it had I known.

Hells pizza in Richmond is fantastic. The only pizza place in town that I frequent with any regularly, so tasty. Pricey but worth it, staff are friendly too.

If I was to do a blind taste test,I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the pizza and the box.The ony flavour my pizza had was from the olives.Service was great, but even Dominoes $5 pizza tastes better.

Glad to see they're back open! Pizza was delicious as always and nice service. Please bring back the Kali/butter chicken pasta!

Pizza and my donut were the best, service excellent. Parking: Finding a park was a breeze.

Dude at the counter was super nice and friendly, gave us a free cheesecake because our wedges took a little longer then expected

10/10 pizzas and great customer service. recommend
