Owned and operated by Sir Richard and Lady Hayes of Te Anau, along with Southern Lakes Helicopters, we provide a comprehensive service for all of your helicopter needs. Our experience and knowledge of aviation and the areas in which we operate is unparalleled; With a fleet of helicopters, including EC120B and AS350 Squirrel helicopters, Heliworks carry out a full range of aerial activities from commercial filming and scenic flights to commercial lifting, long haul supply flights, and search and rescue day or night.

We focus on the highest level of safety and customer service to ensure our clients’ needs and expectations are met and exceeded.

Heliworks Queenstown Helicopters Ltd is located at Queenstown International Airport, with a second base at Aoraki Mt Cook Airport and our parent company Southern Lakes Helicopters in Te Anau.

Heliworks have six commercial pilots with more than 50,000 flying hours clocked up between them. Each is a specialist in his field and well experienced in flying over mountainous terrain and in ever-changeable weather conditions.
