Our first stop after arriving in New Zealand, not too far from the airport which was excellent after a long flight. Cottage was clean, bright and homely. It was so comfortable staying there. So many different spreads and jams provided for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitant to recommend to our friends.
Wow !!!! What an amazing little piece of heaven .... Heavens Rest B & B is. We stayed in the Kia Cabin. It was spotless clean, the bed was super comfortable and all the little extra touches ... like all the lovely breakfast supplies, tea and coffee. The cheese Platter we had on arrival was so amazing. Thanks for having us and when we do visit NZ again we will definitely be staying with you guys. 5 stars plus all round. A must stay place.
What an amazing find this place was. We stayed for just 1 night as a stop off on the way to the airport. Heaven's Rest really was a piece of heaven.nnWe stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin which was well designed with high attention to detail, immaculately clean and exceptionally well presented.nnThe breakfast was so much more than we expected...bread, fruit, yoghurt, eggs, wide selection of jams, spreads & drinks.nnThis place is amazing and it's just a shame we couldn't stay a bit longer.
This really is heaven and only a hop, skip and jump from Auckland and the airport. We drove in very tired after no sleep on the plane - early check in was no problem so we could all get a few hours sleep. All of your shopping and restaurant amenities are close by.nnThe kids loved the farm animals and especially loved getting to help collect the eggs and feed the animals in the mornings.nnThe beds were comfortable and everything has been thought of to make it a comfortable stay.nnThank you for the lovely stay - we’d highly recommend it to anyone for a weekend, long stay or stop over.
Heavens rest was the perfect stop after a long walk. The location is lovely and quiet, the cabin was comfortable, very neat and tidy. Robert the host could not have done more.
