The benefits of massage are vast – generally it helps reduce your stress and the effects that stress has on your body. Therapeutic Massage increases blood circulation and energy, stimulates the nervous system, directly affects soft and connective tissue and drains the lymphatic system. It helps you feel better, helps prevent illness induced by stress and enables you to cope better.

Communication and comfort are key factors to a rewarding and successful treatment and I invite both. As a Massage Therapist it is my aim is to develop, maintain, rehabilitate physical function, relieve stress and help prevent physical dysfunction and pain to enhance your well being. I have a caring attitude – when you as a client come to me I am fully present and at my best for you every time, holding the intention for your body to heal. With all treatments I use pure essential oils and a wide range of techniques, experience and intuition, including Reiki, Pulsing, Facilitated Stretching, Myofacial Release and Trigger Point Therapy.

While my personal love and passion lies in the humble service to the general public in supporting their wellness with compassion and support for the daily aches and pains of life, I recognize the importance to work in with other professionals within the health care system.
