I have been meeting with Jemma for over three years now. She has helped me with a range of life's issues, from work to relationship and life choices, she has always been able to provide me with sound advice and support me when making difficult decisions. I have always found her easy to talk to and never felt like she is judging me when I am laying heart on the table. I am not the kind of person who finds it easy to talk about my emotions or ask for help but since working with Jemma I feel she has helped me to become more assertive and let people know when I am not happy with their actions or how they are affecting me.
