Beautiful place for a stroll with friends or family of all ages... dog friendly, has toilets and good parking, camping grounds nearby, and swimming pools plus massive park area for all the family to enjoy and a bird aviary! And mini train rides
The walking bridge across the Manawatu River. Walkways and cycling tracks on both sides of the river. It provides a shortcut to Massy University as well. Very open and wide, rare shades area; hat and sun block is a must.
Rather nice place to visit. I go here at night and is rather quite cool to look back at a lit up bridge. Also a great place to zone out and think about nothing. I do this all the time when I go across the bridge. The walkway is also worth it too, especially through the trees
Great addition to the Manawatu river! Good to get out and walk or bike along the tracks. Beautiful views of the river and surroundings
