H&S restores,sells and hires to both the Public and Trade.

Hawkins and Scuffell is owned by John Mcclenaghan and Bob Gilhooly, Named after the restoration wing of their London antiques business.
Undertaking the restorations.of small antique objects.
Years of restoring has made us multi skilled in gilding,bronzing,polishing and repair work to lighting,table objects and clocks.
We can also french polish small items. and repair spelter.
Stocking the unusual - mirrors,art furniture and lighting including H&S "Lamp-Up" -a popular range of table lamps made from selected objects such as telephones,fire extinguishers,trumpets and fishing reels to name a few! All one offs and very collectable.
We also have a rental section which includes 11 beautiful wedding cake stands and other items available for the film/advertising industry.

Although based in the Bay of Islands we regularly travel to Auckland and many projects can be sent via courier etc.
