We are a not for profit club with a passion for all things kayaking.The club's purpose is to develop, grow, promote the sport of kayaking within Hawkes Bay

Story

The Hawkes Bay Kayak Racing Club was formed in October 2005 after members from three of Hawkes Bays Surf Life Saving Clubs wanted the opportunity to affiiate to the national kayak racing body.

Over the last 10 years the club has enjoyed great success producing quality athetes who have won national titles and have gone on to represent our country at an international level.

Our club is based at Farndon Park on the banks of the Cive River.

"The Hawkes Bay Kayak Racing Club is the home club for current women’s K1 500m champion Aimee Fisher.
