Great accomodation, rooms had just been modernized, very nice! Staff lovely, only thing, room could do with a full length mirror.
Nothing compared to the previous owners. Had to ask for sugar, and no replenishing of toilet paper till we left one empty one on the holder. Unlike the previous owners, who mingled and chatted and checked with guests how the service was, this lot needs to upgrade the customer service if they want more customers. This will be our last trip to havelock!!!
Very clean and cosy. Location is perfect for walking around Havelock and to the Mussel Pot restaurant. Definitely would stay there again
Rooms are well kept. Everything you could need is available, including laundry machines, towels, soap, cookware, gas stove, heatpump, and extra blankets. Convenient location, right near the 4 square and cafes. Staff are very kind and accommodating. Dog friendly.
