Poor customer service. A friend had visited to buy some craft stuff, opening hours say open til 4pm online. She had tried the door and then looked at her phone to re check the hours in case of a mistake. An employee then came over to the door and proceeded to be incredibly rude and point out a notice on the door saying “get off your phone and maybe you’d notice”. Left her feeling entirely embarrassed and confused. Hard to support a small charity business like this when customer service is non existent. Do better.
Cool second hand op shop. Larger than some of the other ones around with plenty of goodies to thrift through.

I visited the store and was really impressed. The layout is clean, tidy and easy to find things. Loved the variety of women's clothing in all sizes and each rack was a different well marked size. This made it really easy to just go to the section I needed instead of sorting through heaps of items that aren't my size. It's five stars based on the organisation of the store alone.nThrough in a different section of the store is also a good range of toys and household goods.nThe staff were also very friendly and helpful. Although we are from out of town I will most certainly be back again.
Wow amazing selection of attire to household goods!nIf you are looking for something chances are this shop stocks it or close to it!nEasy access with comfortable space down aisles to move around.nBig fitting rooms had chairs and mirror and very clean!nPrices were very very reasonable for the excellent quality! Check out was pleasant!nOverall we enjoyed the shopping experience and will be going again in future!nThanks St John's keep up the great work!
