Called in to look at some small appliances to use vouchers on. Hannah in the electrical department was extremely helpful and sorted out problems that were not hers to fix! She is very patient and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would seek her out in the future if I was looking to buy from that department. Thank you Hannah for turning a frustrating experience into a pleasant one.

Ordered a nintendo switch from here that came with a game and was the new model, took around a month and a half to get in the store and when i got it didnt get the game which i paid extra for, employees told me there was nothing i could do about it. Dont even get me started on how it wasnt even the new model, plus the controllers were extremely faulty to the point where they are unusable.

Went into Harvey Norman as we got us a new place, and were after a fridge and bed. The man in the fridge area was absolutely awesome. The woman in the bedding area on the other hand was extremely rude. We were sitting on each bed, trying them out and she says “Are you going to buy a bed ooooor?” I’m not sure if it’s because we’re young, maori people or what. The manager also rushed us, asking if we were going to buy anything. Disappointed.
