Utterly hopeless service. I was rung by Jennifer to organise delivery and asked by her to ring back. I rang back 6 times over 2 days and left messages for her 3 times. Not once did she have the courtesy to ring back. I won't use this store again.
Awesome service from the furniture department
The customer service guy said he would give us a great deal off of the advertised price. We went to Beds are us and their advertised price was cheaper. Nice try Harvey.
Good products , sometimes staff can be a bit in your face at times
Very helpful sales assistants. Great variety of products
Service could be better and timing. Sale's people are pushy and taking products back are not easy if these people can find an excuse.
Went in yesterday. Brought a tv that i did some research on, Peter the Salesman was awesome to deal with. Change my mind buying a Konka Brand that ive had before. End up with a Phillips brand 7300 Series. Very Impressed. Love the lights on the back of the TV.
