Did a click and collect order was ready same day. Collected with no issue and staff were really helpful.
Friendly team at Harvey Norman, if they don't know the answer, they find out for you, the store is easy to find your way around and have a good selection of what ever you are looking for
Great staff who are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the goods within their section.
I have avoided this firm for the last few years because of rudeness and general indifference by their staff. However was persuaded to give them another chance,when they listed a ACQUA freezer, that had an alarm. Well what a con that is. After I complained and they sent a technician out to see, he at first could not hear said alarm, then when he was standing 50cm away from control panel said, oh, I can hear a pinging sound. He has been in contact with the makers andHarvey Norman and there is no way that the sound can be increased!!! An ALARM is meant to ALERT you to a situation. So never again Harvey Norman will I be shopping with you. People beware of both the firm and the brand name.
Like this store. Their delivery guys need to up their game. Could not install a bookcase, so my partner & myself installed it absolutely fine.
Lady working there had no customer service skills, rude as could be and didn’t want to help since we found the same item for $45 cheaper at Jaycar electronics down the road, stay away from here at all costs !
Couldn't get a hold of anyone. I returned an item and they were fine and helpful and said I could receive the money in my account in 5 business days. I was given the business card of the guy who helped me and told to email him if I hadn't seen it within that time frame. Sent him an email a week later and no reply, then I contacted Harvey norman through fb messenger and was told they would contact the store and get someone to contact me. No one did. I then rang the store and was told they would check it and get back to me. No response. Then I rang after 9 days of waiting for my refund and was told they couldn't check it but gave me the number of someone who could help In the online dept. Rang them and they were actually helpful and told me that it was only processed the day before AFTER I rang them! I don't normally shop here because I don't like the pushy sales people but I definitely won't shop here after this fiasco. Hopefully I receive my money soon.
Quite a good range of items, can be hard to get assistance during busier times and checkouts aren't the most convenient setup.
