The best service at the Mt Maunganui store. In the Technology/ IT department, both Neil and Rangi provide amazing service. Hi, always excellent service by your sales team. All stars to them.nnBut your admin team should make sure that the refund password/code is updated to the payment counters so that a customer isn’t required to drive all the way 14 km one way for refund to be told that password is changed and admin team doesn’t work in weekends. Thanks.
Customer service is not such a thing! I have visited this store 3 times to purchase a printer, wandered around, looked at staff who just ignored me while they stood around in groups joking. So on the 3rd visit I picked up a large box weighing over 25kgs to the counter whilst they continued to ignore me. Worst I've ever experienced at Harvey Norman in 20 years where I've always shopped so I'll be changing my destination store for furniture, bbqs and electronics.
