Indian manager of computer department very rude to customer calling about a laptop that was purchased at the advise of one of their salesmen. Salesman gave false information to buyer and when buyer rang about it, the manager who spoke on the phone was quite rude and instead of listening to buyer's concern, was very condescending, rude and would not listen to buyer's concern. Would talk over customer, raised his voice and was shouting. Appalling and disgusting behavior towards a customer.
Eddy and his colleague in the TV department were very knowledgeable and patient. We hadn't bought a new TV for over 7 years and we were admittedly pretty indecisive. They showed us a decent range and varied brands that suited our needs. Ultimately we walked away with a new TV today. Thank you.
The first person we dealt with was not great resulting in us going back. The new person who served us was amazing. Really helpful and sorted out our problem. She was great. Recommended them to anyone.
Went in to get photos printed wasn’t told the printer was down until I went back up after 10mins to find out the eta ,only to be told 10mins more. Continued waiting , 20mins passed was then asked what my name was over heard the staff saying there was a larger order 100 + prints printing . Continued to wait then went to desk and said I would be back in 10mins only to be told it was going to be 20mins more. I would have appreciated been told before I even paid for my prints 10 photos in total that the printer was down and that there is a backlog and that it would likely be a long wait instead of saying nothing and wasting my time ended up leaving after a whopping 40mins WAIT! With no prints . I Won’t be back for future prinitng or purchasing .
I left my wallet at Harvey Norman and a kind man named Joel posted on Facebook and ended up calling my partner to tell him he had my wallet. Not only was it returned to me fully intact, it had all of the cash in it, and he dropped it at my house after his work shift, after I told him it might be tricky to get in because I had a baby only a few weeks old. We need more people in the world like Joel. Honest, going out of his way for strangers, and very friendly and kind. Thank you Joel!
