Absolutely awful experience. Sharm was an incredibly pushy salesman, like nobody I’ve ever encountered. We were pressured into buying a much more expensive mattress that’s horribly uncomfortable, and Harvey Norman have no trial policy so we’re now stuck with it for 10yrs.
