This year Harvey Bowler Funeral Services, with the support of local businesses, are bringing back the Horowhenua Christmas Lights Trail.

Story

Liz and Michael Hill, owners of Harvey Bowler Funeral Services are brining back the Christmas Lights Trail for 2015. There will be four categories:

My family found everyone at Harvey Bowler so helpful and knowledgeable. They were very time flexible and responsive to messages even over the weekend. With their help we had a beautiful service for our loved one and they made it all run smoothly with as least stress as possible during a really difficult time. Thank you.
My mother passed away during COVID lockdown and I reside overseas. The staff at Harvey Bowler have been nothing short of amazing whilst we waited ten months for a travel bubble. I sent countless emails and they always responded promptly and assisted with the paperwork taking excess pressure off me. Once a travel bubble allowed me to fly to NZ they went out of their way to organise the service which was incredibly beautiful. This followed with the organisation of a Headstone and it was up withIn one month. Thank you so much for the five star service I highly recommend to all.
Harvey Bowler was a very professional service and definitely catered to our cultural needs! My little sister recently passed away, and our family hired them. Michael was amazing! Helped in everyway to get everything sorted for us so things ran as soon as possible. His timing was great, & I could see he genuinely cared and wanted to help make everything seamless- and it did. Thank you so much Michael! I know with whatever happens in the future we'll always come to you guys.
Excellent service. Catered to our needs perfectly. We didn't have a 'normal' funeral and we wanted to hold the celebration on a rural farm rather than the chapel. Everything ran perfectly. Thanks to Andrew and Gemma for your outstanding support and consideration.
I couldnt have asked for a better funeral director, was always on time and made sure we were ready. Michael and his wife were awesome to deal with and had heaps of information ready to discuss. highly recommended
Very professional service. Went above and beyond for my family and catered for our cultural needs. They made sure that everything during the service was what we wanted and even gave us helpful and genuine suggestions to ensure my little sisters send off was nothing but the best. Terrible their Kodak video recommended by them done by Kodak Levin Mall failed and didn't show the slide show on the large Screen? So every one looks up .. and nothing, people couldn't see the Lap Top!!! It was pathetic!! Apparently this has happened again since. The Service was in Otaki.
Not personal toward staff i Have chosen another funeral home to hold service. Thank you
