I too have received a faulty product that I ordered two weeks ago. Have contacted multiple times through emails, website contact, instagram and have received no reply. Not very happy as the item wasn’t cheap.
I received a faulty item two weeks ago and after several attempts to make contact I have had no reply. Very disappointed.

Staff very helpful & friendly, not pushy at all. Enjoyed my shopping experience. Would highly recommend them.
Loved my product but very poor customer service. After a week of not being able to track my parcel I sent multiple emails and called the store over numerous days and received no reply. Then a couple of days later received a generic email saying the product had been shipped and thankfully it turned up a couple of days later.
Lovely helpful staff member a pleasure to shop here.
