Harman Motors Ltd. specialise in performance tuning. Along with being a full service garage we house one of the South Island's most capable rolling road chassis dynamometers. Disaster from beginning to end, lied to most of the way through, invoiced for things that never happened on my vehical. Car went when I took it there and had to stop them finishing it and took it away in bits to another mechanic. Just an aweful experience. So dissapointed.

Excellent service, wealth of knowledge and prompt follow up of what they say. Had my FORD FG XR8 Dynotuned plus SCT X4 Flash tune,ended up with 266 rwkw or 312kw at flywheel, Great result.Don't get confused by a similar vehicle performance company, these guys are the originals,been here in business for 70yrs & that has to mean alot.

Just flat out the best experience I had in Christchurch with a mechanic. I ended up with a flat tire on a morning of running errands. One of the boys that works there pulled over and changed my tire and was absolutely a legend and so helpful. Turned out he worked at Harman motors and gave me a quote for 2 new tires. I took the car for a WOF too which didn’t pass at first but all staff was great at communicating and friendly. Will absolutely recommend and great dealing with them!

Been using Harman Motors for 5+ years. They have serviced and completed repairs on a range of my vehicles, from Japanese classics to  modern city trolley carts. Very competent and reliable.

These guys are wonderful. Went in for an exhaust and dyno tune. They are super informative and helpful.  I firstly chose them because of this after getting little help elsewhere possibly cause I always look a little rough in my trackies and singlet. The car sounds like a v8 now and has so much more usable power. I couldnt ask for more. Cheets
