Hardy St Pharmacy

We started going here when they did free prescriptions, it seemed the decent customer service ended around the same time as the free prescriptions. VERY rude staff, same cost as every other chemist, there's no reason to go here unless you want to be treated like rubbish.. Prices pharmacy is just down the road your better off going there, they understand without their customers they don't exist...

Terrible customer service. There’s a young girl who’s served me a couple of times, she’s really lovely. It’s a shame really, this place gives her a bad name. The rest are rude and judgemental. Also, they take their time at getting prescriptions out. There’s far better pharmacies around Nelson.

Dropped off the prescription and was told it'll be ready in 30 min so went back there. It was not ready. Told me to wait for 5 min. I was the only one who has been waiting by the counter. 10 min later still not ready and the counter lady completely forgot about me!!! How come?? I was standing in her sight all the time!! No apology at all!! Very bad customer service.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Easy to talk to. Best chemist in Nelson. Respectful, caring, no judgment. I can't fault anything. Thank you to all the staff for making my medical side of things easier. You all rock!

Waited long time at counter while staff member Annie fluffed with product ... lovely store but felt the staff unfriendly and had tickets on theme selves . A smile never huts anyone it was your chemist right opposite the polling booth
