Story

Licensed Agent REAA 2008.

Phillip Kenny began his Real Estate career with Hanrahan Real Estate in 1987. Due to the retirement of Mr Hanrahan, Phillip having qualifications by exam, purchased his business and continued working from the same address but under the new license of Phillip Kenny Real Estate Ltd.

In December 1989, Phillip became a member of the Harcourts Group and under his leadership his team has won many National Awards. The same year (1989) Phillip relocated his business to new premises within the Ashburton Arcade on Burnett Street and remained there until September 1997 when he purchased the building at 112-114 Tancred Street, Ashburton where Harcourts now operates.

In 2017 Phil decided it was time to retire, so his youngest daughter Tammy McDougall took over the business In September, and Phil has stayed on in a Supervisory role.
