Absolutely loved our stay for one night at this place.nThe check in process was so smooth. We had checkin in after check in hours but everything was so flawless. I must say I'm really impressed.nThere was ample parking for us too. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was fantastic.nThey don't provide blankets for free so ensure you either carry them or u may purchase it from these folks.nEven wifi is not free.nFood - there are lots of eateries around including a subway. They even have plenty of supermarkets so may get stuff and cook in at the kitchenette the have in d cabin.nnBut overall absolutely loved everything about this place.
Place is okay, nice location, good for price but don't get fooled it ain't cheap. Showers are burning hot litteraly but I guess it's better than cold. Everything could be quite alright actually BUT they charge for wifi which is CRAZY in 2025
If you're looking for a cheap overnight or accommodation at Whitianga, this is a good place to stay. Right in front of the water and great location close to the town. We stayed in a small room with a double bed and a bunk beds. Can accommodate a family of 4. Has mini fridge and a kettle. No complimentary tea, coffee or water. Have to bring your own. Shared toilets, kitchen and hot shower has limited time 5 minutes. Also wifi has limits. Just a few data within a day then you have to buy if you want. Overall, its a good budget place to stay with a good location.nn**Second visit now and we stayed in one of the studio unit. It's about $150+ a night. We enjoyed it. It has own toilet and bath, and little kitchen and mini fridge. The bed is very comfortable. There's TV, kettle, toaster and complimentary milk, tea, coffee. The owners are lovely.
Had tent site. Very comfortable. Host was generous and provided useful travel tips. Great place to stay. Good location.
Great little motor camp with clean and we'll maintained facilities. Very hospitable hosts, great sized caravan plots and very handy to town, the estuary, marina, beach and the wharf.nHighly recommended.
