I wouldn’t recommend this business. I went to get acrylic infills on Monday from this place. I live in Auckland and the acrylic nails I’ve had on for more than one month needed to be infilled and two had fallen off this is normal after having them in for 1 month. Today is Sunday and 6 of the acrylic infill nails from happy nail have all ready come off and I also received a very patchy paint job that didn’t sit nicely on my cuticle line. I paid $75 for these nails. I pay half the price in Auckland for twice the quality. If I was still in New Plymouth I would go back and ask for a refund. The lady who did my nails was really nice and the service was not rude however I’m not sure she knew what she was doing. I’m really disappointed at the quality of these nails as they are all ready no longer on my nails for such a huge cost. Unfourtunatley I would not recommend.Service:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

Happy nails unhappy customer… while booking lady said they can do any design and when reached on booking they said it takes time we can only do simple. On phone they said they can do cat eye and have variety but in person they said no only single color and quick one… zero number for customer service. I will never recommend happy nails to anyone. My daughter who is 14 went in last Friday 18th Nov 2022 to get her nails done for a funeral -they charged her $82 of which she used her early Christmas money. One day later one fell off which they replaced for free. Five days later four fell off. She went in and tried to see if they would replace them for her and they said they couldn’t do them for free as the manager wasn’t there and they redid  two as she had glued two back on herself. They charged her $16. I go to another nail salon in town and they stay on for three weeks before I get them redone and other people I know theirs  stay on for 6 before they go in -unfortunately her and her friend didn’t go there as they were in centre city and wanted a walk in appoinment. I am extremely disappointed in happy nails for her and sad for her as that was her Xmas money she has paid for a terrible quality service. Nails should last longer than 7 days.Service:&nbsp;Manicure

I did the nails two days before on Friday evening from here and on Sunday it broke. It is so heartbroken. I gave 80$something not just for one day nails. It is so disgusting that they did it so wrong it broke too easily. I just feel like I wasted my money here. I’m still giving two stars because I like the lady who did it but didn’t expect that.Service:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

Excellent job gel nails and eyebrows.  Macy was great. Highly recommend.

Went here with my young daughter. I got a pedicure and my daughter had standard nail polish. Fantastic experience - we hadn’t booked and we were seen to straight away. The male did my pedicure and it was probably the best pedi I’ve had! Great massage and nails look impeccable. My daughter had a nice young girl who was kind and engaging. Would absolutely recommend.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

Very painful experience! Hopefully I don't get an infection. My lady rushed of to do someone else before finishing my manicure.

This place was really professional and really did a good job of my nails. They were in quite bad condition but they made them look good and they lasted quite a while. The reason they lost a star is that they took quite a wheel about 90mins and they charged $100 which seems quite a lot

Hate to say it but worst experience I’ve ever had at any type of salon and I’ve been to a lot. They were all rude, the Indian lady there treated me like I couldn’t afford to pay for all the extra gems that I wanted. When they asked what I wanted I showed a picture and they pretty much just laughed in my face, rude as hell. It’s been 3 days and all my gel polish on every finger is peeling right off. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone ever! For $103 it was the worst experience ever.Service:&nbsp;Manicure
