Hansen's Cafe and Store is located in Kimbolton, 20 minutes north of Feilding, or 50 minutes from Taihape heading South. Take an alternative route to State Highway 1 and travel along the fully sealed Ruhahine Road on the Manawatu Scenic Route and stop off in Kimbolton for a meal or coffee and dessert at Hansen's. The renowned Cross Hills Gardens are just 5 minutes north of Kimbolton which provides a wonderful environment for stretching the legs, or simply stroll around the streets of the small village of Kimbolton. Hansen's provides a clean, comfortable and warm atmosphere. Our food is prepared in-house with salads, vegetarian and non-vegetarian hot meals including soups, pasta, pies, wraps, burgers and corn fritters. We also have gourmet pizzas available, freshly made for dine-in or takeaway. Our kitchen closes around 8pm on Friday but diners generally stay until 9pm or so. We open at 9am on Saturdays for those looking for a delicious breakfast. We serve Ozone coffee and have a good selection of loose-leaf teas. Our hot drinks are complimented by a tasty range of slices and desserts made in-house. We are sure you'll enjoy your visit! We're open Thursdays from 10:30-4, Fridays from 10:30-8 and Saturdays from 9am til 4.
