Story

HanneHatha Yoga studio is in a peaceful private garden setting. Small groups mean attention can be given to individual needs. Each yoga class offers classical hatha yoga with stretching, balance, breath techniques finishing with guided relaxation/ meditation. The classes are suitable for all ages and all stages, beginners are very welcome.
Cost: Enrolled for term $12 per class or $15 casual.
Wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement.

Registration is essential as places are limited.

Hanne has been practising yoga for 14 years, and is qualified to teach (Integrated Yoga Academy Australasia), Hanne has previously run yoga classes as well as yoga retreats in West Auckland.

"There are four classes a week during school terms, Monday and Wednesday, 9.30-11am and 5.30-7pm. Small classes, max 9 people in each class, Hatha yoga including breath techniques and guided meditations, I firmly believe in a strong mind-body connection.The cost: if enrolled for whole term $14/session = a 10 week term would cost $140, or if coming as a casual $18 per session, paid in advance or on the day. When enrolled for the term you are ensured of a space, if coming as a casual it is as space is available,please contact me in advance.I offer private sessions.All sessions are general and I honour the individual person's needs and abilities within the limitations of the session."
