Another wee treasure, Sushi and Bowl Hanmer serves fresh handmade parcels of perfection. There pike bowls are tasty and packed with fresh, tasty ingredients and there tonkotsu ramen is rich in flavour. Highly recommend.
Son's teacher said this sushi place is good so we came. At first we only bought 2 pieces to try but they were so good we bought more. They ran out of the soft shell crab sushi spider rolls but prepared 4 for us on the spot. Delicious. Some very creative sushi full of fillings. Highly recommended .
The ramen here was excellent!nnBut honestly, the service was disappointing. As an Asian customer, I was really looking forward to supporting them, but the staff at the register felt really cold and unwelcoming compared to how friendly they were with other customers.nnI love supporting Asian-owned businesses, so I really hope they can work on making everyone feel equally welcome.
Fresh and yummy sushi and even looks beautiful!nThe staff are all nice and polite to every customer.nHad some seats in the restaurant to sit and enjoy the food.nHighly recommend if you just want a snack or easy bite in the Hanmer Springs either dine in or take away and if you're hungry here have some Japanese curry rice or Japanese ramen.
Everything was made fresh! Ramen was so tasty, gyoza and sushis were yummy and teriyaki chicken was crispy. We forgot to take photos and just indulged ourselves in the blessing that's in front of us. The owner's very polite and has got exceptional customer service skills!
