Hanmer Springs Animal Park offers a truly delightful experience for visitors of all ages. It's a charming place to spend an afternoon, filled with interesting creatures and scenic surroundings. While the entry fee is a consideration, the overall enjoyment and unique encounters make it a worthwhile visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our time exploring the park's offerings.
My hubbie and I really enjoyed visiting this well laid out, fun animal park. Very friendly and informative staff. Nice, different mix of animals. Ostriches, Texas Longhorn, Water Buffalo and Deer just some of the animals to see, feed and interact with! Some sand flies but it was that time of year unfortunately just spray before going. Park was clean, easy to navigate and had plenty of free parking available. Nice areas for kids to play - would be a fun outing for families. Find it on the right hand side just before going into Hanmer Springs. We'll worth the visit!
Wonderfully experience for all ages!nLovely grounds and enclosures, with an interesting selection of animals, from huge water buffaloes to more standard farm animals. The very eager deer were our favourite and also the extremely cute guinea pigs.nWe took our teens and they loved. Reasonably priced and we all loved playing cornhole at the end too.nBest animal park we have visited. Highly recommend a visit when in Hanmer!
Great fun and well priced! Decent size bag of animal food so you can get around all animals without needing 2 bags.nBeing able to be in with some of the animals makes for an extra cool experience!nOur group of x6 25 year olds loved it!nGreat for all ages
Lots of animals to see, feed and interact with. We spent around 1 hour here and had a lot of fun
