This was such a beautiful experience, my 7 year old daughter loved it even when her horse got a fright due to some naughty sheep, Marianne was so amazing at not just calming Issy down, but the way she steadied the horse was great. I thought my girl would be done and want to get off but it was all good. Thanks to Marianne, Bruce and Charlie
What an amazing experience!! Up on top of the beautiful mountains so wide and lush , these guys were so kind and patient with me and my sister taking us on the 1hr and 30min trek, great weather, amazing views and the horses are incredibly well mannered! After getting talked into doing a two hour horse trek on a girls weekend away I was absolutely terrified about getting on a horse again after not riding since I was a child. However with the fantastic Guide and beautiful calm horse I had it didn't take long before i was completely relaxed and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The trek takes you through all sorts of terrain, through forest, some water crossings, along some sheep tracks, up and down hills all of which the guide talks you through. Such a fantastic experience and one i will definitely be doing again!!!!

Website ride description and photos incorrectly portray rider experience. This horse riding experience is for first time riders only. We chose the medium experience ride with 2 x experienced riders and 2 x medium experience riders. However we didn’t once get the chance to trott or canter. I’ve ridden 6-8 times at least previously and was expecting to ride by myself. It was humiliating being led and walked down the road by the owner via a lead. Very disappointing. Track is along the road and on flat ground with no hills or creeks. Not recommend. Boring. Operators are friendly.
The two gentleman who own the trekking business are wonderful, very informative on how to ride the horses, engaging with us all the time, we had a wonderful time and the trek itself was beautiful Our horses, Henry,Frankie, Charlie were and are famous what beautiful natured horses always wanting to please. Please do this trek its wonderful. We will be back a huge thank you.
My 15 year old daughter and I both inexperienced did the 2 hour trek. Right from my first enquiry, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Brilliant communication, very accommodating, knowledgeable and humorous. The horses were amazing, beautiful animals! Thanks so much guys. Highly recommend!
These guys are brilliant! Had a hens weekend away loved it so much I am rebooking to take my partner for a trek. Horses are lovely and quiet and have such a range to suit any riding ability. See you guys soon
Incredible experience! Smooth operators, both horses and staff. Took my girls to tick off their bucket list even though I wasn't a fan of the idea. Turned out to be a highlight of the whole trip. Do yourself a favour and go!!!
Highly recommend them. Sean and Davits are so experienced they give you guidance if needed and show you around the areas I never would have explored. Horse perfect for my basic level of riding.
