Great for the job it does. The op shop is one of the best in the city. Always has great selection and some surprisingly good furniture. If you needs bits and bobs or tables and chairs then go to ye old dump shop, it’s great
Well equipped, good amount of signage low speed limit. Lots of parking.
We took our normal black bags as we have always done. This occasion we were overcharged as our black bags were charged instead as flat rate which is more expensive. No assistance at the centre. It is now more than a week with promises that we would be contacted etc etc. Numerous texts and emails and still no response. Was promised that manager Richard Doubtfire would call......no contact as yet!!!! We have left numerous messages and texts for him and still no contact!!!!nThe worst customer service ever!!!!!
Absolutely terrible. My wife accidentally went through the weigh station was meant to go to the shop and paid the minimum fee $28 to get around. Requested a refund straight away - provided the information to the shop; and over a month later still hasn't received a refund. Called, emailed and given the run around. Beyond disappointed. Hopefully this review will prompt some action and an improvement to systems!
