Booked them to pick up the mother and father of the bride for a wedding, checked multiple times. They didn't show up, didn't call, only when called they said they had no vans running that day, even though one had been booked for weeks. Have had multiple issues with them in the past. Would rather cut my balls off and use them as rollerskates than use them again.
This company is a joke different taxi different price same destination. Taxi will be a thing of the past eventually but in the short term there is room for some competition in this city because these guys need a bloody good wake up call. Customers pay so service should be respicated
Hamilton Taxis discriminate based on the area that you live in. But you will not know it. Instead they'll tell you that the taxi is on it's way. After standing in the dark at 3.30 am waiting for 45 minutes you'll conclude they aren't coming. A call back to Hamilton Taxis and they reveal that they will not come to our area. After stating that it is to get to work a taxi was arranged. But then the driver phones back wanting to know how he will be paid and that he only accepts cash no eftpos. He said that he will stop off at an atm to ensure that he is paid in cash. This felt like abuse and discrimination, from both the company and the driver. Awful service. Awful policy. Awful company. Awful driver. The company put my wife at risk having her stand on the street in the dark for 45 minutes without any intention of coming. Hamilton Taxis you don't deserve one star.
I question the safety and competence of your drivers after one of your cab drivers he was wearing a blue turban failed to stop and give way on the roundabout of clarkin road and heaphy terrace this evening while i was going around it end result he almost crashed into the side of my car. If you value your life and safety don't use these guys until they sort out the behaviour of their drivers.
The drivers were helpful, kind, on time and I had a lovely smooth trip. They helped me with my luggage and were exceptional. Thank you for the service.
Pathetic. Almost ruined our engagement dinner. We called a taxi and the operator didn't even submit the job.. We had a feeling they pretended to submit the job as they laughed at us when provided our address. Mongrel mob neighbours then starting laughing at us from across the road... not a coincidence, and not the first time. We called again after 15mins because the taxi did not show up. The second operator confirmed that no job had been logged but could see a call was taken from our number. They couldnt give an explanation for the poor service. We ended up driving ourselves to dinner. Hamilton Blue Bubble Taxis then proceeded to call us from someones personal mobile phone number, which had weird background music and dial up tones playing at us. We told them to stop calling us as we are dinning out. We had to turn off our phone because they kept trying to call us back. This was an unprofessional, racist experience and I am disgusted by it. We will never use this company again, and I will tell anyone who needs a taxi about our experience.
Had to wait too long after phone was initially answered and a person came back to me for my ĺocation and destination. Fist driver only used one had most of the trip and second driver exceeded the speed limit the whole trip.
I have found a great, super reliable Hamilton Taxis driver called Sami. Sami will get you to your destination quickly and safely. Recommended for those who want a professional, friendly, and flexible driver. Taxi Cab number 37.
