Good sales team but make sure everything is done before you pick up your bike, mine had an engine oil leak that wasn't fixed
Last Year I brought a Kawasaki 650, the sales team were great, and updated me on the shipping whenever i asked as I was sending it down from Hamilton to Chch. The bike was in perfect condition apart from a scratch on a sticker that i had been informed of earlier, the sales team then went out of their way to source the sticker and send it to me, a couple months later I started having an issue with the back tire, with a slow leak , after checking the back tire I noticed it had been plugged, paying out of my own pocket for a replacement rear tire was a bit of a sour spot so after emailing the sales team they offered credit which i then used on some riding boots. all together the sales team went above and beyond what I expected of a company these days 5/5.
Just a comment. Your website is Not as friendly to use as others. Searches categories are poor. e.g. "Used Bikes" etc.

My husband bought his bike here quite a few years ago and he has always had the service and WOF done here. Although there has been a few staff changes over the years the service and staff have been very good.
Very helpful,and reasonably priced spares for my motorbike.Soares staff were friendly & helpful
These guys are the best. Broke down and they had somebody with a trailer to pick the bike up within 40 mins. They fixed it in record time and checked it out to see if there was anything else which could possibly go wrong. Plus they are all excellent, friendly dudes who enjoy their work. Not often that I'll give 5 stars but that's what they deserve :- Did I mention good pricing?
Fantastic and friendly service as always. Great advice on and selection of gear, Im now confident I wont get wet when riding in a storm. And better yet, speedy work on replacing entire loom on the bike and they were even happy to lend me a bike while we waited for the parts to be delivered from the UK. Dont know where I would be without you guys!
Staff were good to me, helpful and attentive but not overly so. They had a changing room for me to try on the gear so was happy all around. Just wish they had more selection of motorcycle gear to choose from.
