Had issues with cleanliness of the property we stayed at. Emailed Verena 5 days ago outlining the issues I had and still haven't had a reply. Pretty poor communication to deal with a problem considering the communication to get me booked in was very good.
Our best accommodation in New Zealand as of yet. We love it. Vereana is patient with our team of blokes. We will definitely use them again.
The service and communication from the Manager was extremely unprofessional. Went against her own refund policy, she lied and then blocked us from contact with her. Would not recommend staying here.
1 star is way too much! Took over 1k of our money, lied multiple times during all our interactions and has now blocked all contact. Very disappointing experience. Do not book!
