Hamilton Cook Islands Association aka HAMCIA is a group of Cook Islands volunteers who promote the teaching and learning of Cook Islands culture

Story

HAMCIA promotes the teaching, learning and nurturing of the Cook Islands culture and language through providing weekly cultural dancing programme, language classes, sports teams and programmes, social events and to assist the members to further themselves socially, economically, politically, religiously and intellectually.
HAMCIA extends hospitality to Cook Islands vistors to NZ and provide information for members and other proposing to visit the Cook Islands.
HAMCIA also has a professional performing arts group that can perform at any type of event, be it community or commercial - HAMCIA has an all aged dance troope at competive prices for hire.
HAMCIA prides its self in growing awesome Cook Islands people here in Hamilton to further contribute to Hamilton city or the wider world!
