I was directed to Hamilton Computer Repairs for a used laptop. Spoke to the owner, David, and he helped me choose exactly what I needed and it didn't break the bank. Shipped it safely all the way to Seattle and I couldn't be happier. Laptop works perfectly and is exactly what I needed. I super appreciate not being oversold, being that I'm not super tech savvy. If I need any other computer help, despite living in the land of tech, I'll be calling Hamilton Computers FIRST.
I have been to Hamilton Computer Repair several times, and they have proven to be quick and reasonable, with a good level of integrity. Technician Vincent seems to really know what he's talking about, with a really quick diagnosis on a few different machines with completely different issues. David, the owner, has been there on some of my visits, once having to be clear about the availability of a part needed. In a perfect world, everything would be instant, but when it comes to something as important as our computers, we have always found that getting the right answer, not the quickest-sounding one, and getting it right away has saved time and money time-and again.
My experience at Hamilton Computer Repairs was exceptional. I took my laptop in with a software issue I wasn't able to resolve. It was resolved completely and in a timely manner. I was kept informed throughout the process and received a thorough explanation of the issue and what needed to be done to resolve it. I will continue going to Hamilton Computer Repairs; I'm very happy to have established a relationship there.

Hamilton Computer Repair has fixed my laptop three times and has been quick and reliable! I now have twice the RAM 32GB and twice the SSD 1TB plus my fans needed to be replaced twice. I have cats and the fans eventually get clogged with fur. My laptop is a big part of my life and what I do so I really appreciate the speedy turnaround time at Hamilton. They will always be my go to computer repair company.

This shop is amazing. I had a broken DC jack on my laptop that 4 local shops AND Geek Squad said they couldn't fix, wasting almost a month of my time. Hamilton had it done in a couple of days. The work was solid, the price was reasonable, the crew is super nice and professional, and despite it being a 90 min drive, I will gladly give them my business again.
As a self-professed computer nerd without the applicable computer skills, any time I hand somebody something as crucial as my computer, the device I lean on for work, school, and my livelihood in general, I get mildly nervous. I have done business with the owner in some capacity or another since he was in his original location. From souping up an old laptop to specs that outperform most newer models, to computer purchases, when it comes to personal computers I don't even consider doing business with nobody but Dave and his top-notch team and exceptional service. It is clear that Dave's staffing process is stringent and he accepts no mediocrity in his exceptional team of techs. I wouldn't trust Best Buy to watch my Toaster Strudel, let alone a thousand dollar machine. But I can always rest assured that from the time I drop off a laptop to the time I pick it up, not only will my machine be in good hands, it'll be a whole new entity when I walk out with it. The things the guys at Hamilton are capable of are astounding, and no review can fully express my appreciation and loyalty to this business.
The folks at HCR were able to quickly diagnose the issue with my PC, order parts, and get the malfunctioning components replaced. They kept me apprised of the progress throughout, and the price was fair for the work. Excellent service overall.
