I saw Elissa as I am training for a bodybuilding competition and was having a few issues when lifting. Elissa was fantastic, she explained everything really well and I noticed improvements even after only 1 session. I would definitely recommend Elissa.

I am so grateful to have found Elissa. My neck and shoulders were constantly tense and tight. I was getting massages once a week which was only temporary relief from the pain and tension. The worst pain was in my jaw. After years of constant clenching, my jaw was so tight and I could find no relief. From the first session with Elissa after being recommended to the clinic by a friend, I left feeling an instant improvement. After visiting over a few weeks, the progress made is life changing. While my neck and shoulders and now free of pain and tension, my jaw is 95% there given I’m still clenching, it may never get to 100% unless I can stop. I feel a good inch taller! Elissa has been so amazing on this journey with me. She celebrates the progress and obviously loves what she does. I cannot recommend her more highly.
