Halo Hair Papatoetoe

Unsatisfied and disappointed, if you’re thinking of doing your hair do not go to halo hair. I asked for ash blonde, they recommended brown balayage and got nowhere near what I wanted. They didn’t resolve the issue, and only gave me the option of toning or paying more to get it fixed. Definitely unprofessional and felt rushed for the price of $480. Would not recommend it to anyone.Services: Hair coloring

Life Saver! I had never had a salon experience before so sent through a few messages and customer service was amazing! June was so informative, understanding and super professional! I came in with a hair colour and JUNE gave her professional insight on the aftercare process of everything, I decided to leave it with her and along the way failed to mention I used box dye. Super apologetic along the way, June never let up! She fixed it and assured me that I was in safe hands! I genuinely was so so surprised with the outcome and fell in love with it, she truly took care of me and in her professional opinion made my experience so incredible. I went in for a brown balayage and showed them the video that they had posted on Insta so they knew exactly what I wanted. The ladies were very friendly however they didn’t do a good job. When I got home I saw that they had bleached my clothes. When I got a better look at my hair I saw that the application was so uneven near the top of my head. Really disappointed as I went in after reading such great reviews. Not worth the $380 I spent.Service: Balayage

I did not have a good experience. My hair got fried the cut was uneven and there was dye left on my ears and skin. Also my T-shirt got ruin from the hair bleach. I was in pain the whole time as the lady did my hair, it was a lot of tension and pulling, I can feel my hair snapping off. When she tried to take off the hair dye on my temple she did it so hard it started to sting so bad and I see my part of my skin came off. I just paid $600 just for my hair to look like a box dye. I’m very sad and disappointed with the results. This company got so many good reviews so I thought I was going to have a good experience but unfortunately they tried to rip me off then changed the price again. The staff need more training, she did not know how to cut hair or trim. She was very harsh with my hair. I’m tender headed and I tried not to cry as it was hurting so bad. After my experience I wonder if the staff has a cosmetology qualification or license to show that they are qualify for the job.

Awesome customer service. I went in to have my hair colour changed to one colour. . It did take a little over 4 hours to have this done. A lot of waiting but the end result was beautiful!
