Best customer service! - Team is always helpful & even helps out with a match fit! - great communication friendly staff. Would recommend this store especially. I've visited a few other stores around Auckland and the staff are just dull Lol they look miserable & not so friendly nor chatty. Would recommend other stores take note & learn from the Northwest team.
Great customer service. I was assisted by Devin with suit shopping and it took no time at all to get the right sizes. Devin had a lot of knowledge with the styles and knowing what suit was best for me. Thank you .
Always ho here for there fleece sweatshirts. Great quality, so warm and comfortable. Also end of season sale prices are great. My teenager loves them.

Always buy my shades from here, the odd Hoodie, the emailed receipts are also such easier. Customer service also fantastic, the store music is also a great sound regardless of age.

Two click and collect trips to this store for my sons work pants 28th and 29th September- both time happy confident staff. Amazingly helpful even though I made an ordering error. Highly recommend
The guy that talks like a girl who works here will see his day in court and if some how he evades justice…. when it’s all over and his fate is the exact same as every other human no more no less, god will have the final word.
Always friendly and welcoming. The staff at Northwest really go out of their way to be accommodating and went the extra mile to help dress myself and my groomsmen for my wedding. Good clothes, good people and my choice is made easy on where to shop!
Staff was friendly and a very clean store. I would recommend them if you are looking looking quality assured.
