I've been going here since I was a kid. I recently had to file for insurance, they failed many times over a course of 8 weeks to provide me documents which when provided were poor in detail. I refused to go further with my incident because of lack of their understanding and knowledge. Because of that I wrote, what I was told by a legal professional, to the doctors so that the medical information I was going to provide was going to meet their requirements. They failed once again and my claim was cancelled. What a pathetic excuse for help. The only help they recommend is pills and go get help elsewhere. I don't recommend going here unless you like waiting for disappointment.
I recently registered at this medical practice. Dr Bek and the nursing staff were all excellent when I attended for my new patient appointment.nnI was called in five minutes before my nurse appointment, and was treated with kindness, competence and friendliness, before being handed over to Dr Bek.nnDr Bek himself was extremely thorough and friendly, and did everything in partnership with me.nnI cannot praise the clinic and its staff reception, nursing and medical enough. Thank you Hairini Family Health Centre!
Best Doctor I've ever had.... this Centre is so caring and go that extra distance from front desk to nursing. A big thank you to you all who are involved in health care.
